Bad things do happen, but how we respond to them defines the level of trust and confidence we have in God, and the quality of our life. It is a fact that we can choose to sit in perpetual sadness and be immobilized by the gravity of our loss, or we can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift we have – life itself. Remember, it is God Himself who gave us the gift of life, but it is now up to us to give ourselves the gift of living it well. Let us therefore treasure this gift of life while remembering our friends and family that reached out to help the strangers whose lives were touched by the events, as we continue to learn to go on enjoying our lives as well. Never forget to express our gratitude to God for the gift of life THE WORD OF GOD ACCORDING TO 2 Corinthians 2:14-15 KJV SAYS….. Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
